If you receive products from Dodo Packaging that do not meet your specifications or are defective, please notify us within 7 working days of receiving your order by emailing info@dodopackaging.co.uk.
Company’s Fault: Please note that chargeback is not an option. However, if the issue is determined to be the company’s fault, we will offer a reprint of your order. Dodo Packaging’s management team will evaluate defects.
Client’s Fault: If the issue is on the customer’s side and a reprint is required, the entire order must be returned within 7 working days at the customer’s expense, along with proper documentation of the defects. Note: You will be charged for a reprint as per company policy. If a refund is still desired, the customer must return the printed items. A refund will be issued after 30 days, deducting the setup and shipping costs.
